About Me
In my years in professional kitchens, I have been a chef in hotels and restaurants, a restaurant owner and culinary instructor. I have been a full-time research chef for over twenty years and in that time have developed food products for national chain restaurants and CPG accounts with a focus on fully-cooked proteins and the sous vide cooking method.
